promotes Mel Johnson to Project Manager
ROSEBURG, OR, February 1, 2007
First Call Resolution, a
premier provider of outsourced live agent inbound and outbound teleservices, customer service, sales, and technical support solutions to the wireless, telecom, internet,
health care, finance, travel, transportation, insurance and other industries, announced today that Ms. Mel Johnson has been promoted to Project Manager for First Call's
Roseburg, OR call center.

management,"
said Matthew Achak, EVP of Sales and Marketing, "Ms. Johnson has extensive
experience working at First Call on many of our more complicated and quality focused
outsourcing programs. She brings to the program management position a unique insight
into client communications, extensive multi-tasking skills and an admirable ability
at follow-through. We are excited to have her interfacing directly with clients
as our new Project Manager."
Ms. Johnson's main focus will be to manage and oversee many of First Call Resolution's
higher technology call center clients. Ms. Johnson will be reporting to Ms. Joyce
Sallee, Sr. Project Manager.
