First Call Resolution Opens New Call Center

ROSEBURG, OR, August 27, 2007

First Call Resolution, a premier provider of outsourced live agent inbound and outbound teleservices, customer service, sales, and technical support solutions to the wireless, telecom, internet, health care, finance, travel, transportation, insurance and other industries, announced today the move into a new, expanded call center location.

"Due to the addition of a number of new clients in the wireless, software, internet, telecom and gaming industries, as well as the continued organic growth of existing clients, we realized that we needed quite a bit more room to grow," said Matthew Achak, EVP of Sales and Marketing, "Our new facility will be located in downtown Roseburg, just a few blocks from our old center, and will house up to 250 agents."
