ComSpan Hires Dan Parker as New IT Site Manager

ROSEBURG, OR, March 16, 2006

ComSpan Call Center Services, a premier provider of outsourced live agent inbound and outbound teleservices, customer service sales, and technical support solutions to the consumer products, telecommunications, wireless, utilities, high tech, internet, travel, financial and health care industries, announced today that Mr. Dan Parker has been hired as the new IT Site Manager for ComSpan's Roseburg, OR call center.

"With additional corporate call center IT needs and our continued growth with both new and existing clients," said Matthew Achak, EVP of Sales and Marketing, "we recognized the need to add additional experienced IT staff. Dan is such an individual."

Mr. Parker duties will be to manage and oversee all IT needs and requirements for ComSpan's call center clients going forward. Parker will be reporting to Craig Christensen, Director of Operations, and will be based out of ComSpan's headquarters in Roseburg.
