First Call Resolution Announces Grand Opening of Grants Pass Center

ROSEBURG, OR, November 17, 2009

First Call Resolution, a premier provider of outsourced live agent inbound and outbound call center and businesses process solutions, today officially announced that Thursday, November 19th will be the grand opening date for their newest contact center in Grants Pass, Oregon.

"With our 2nd contact center coming on-line November 19th, this is an exciting time here at First Call Resolution," said Matthew Achak, EVP and Managing Partner. "As of right now, we are on target to employ approximately 70-80 employees by mid-December."
