ComSpan
Announces APOLLO CRM System Release
ROSEBURG, OR, June 3, 2005
ComSpan Call Center Services,
a
premier provider of outsourced inbound and outbound technical support, sales, and customer service contact center solutions to the consumer products, telecommunications,
wireless, high tech, internet, travel, financial and
health care industries, announced today that it had released the much anticipated APOLLO CRM system for contact management,
incident tracking and customized database reporting.
"Creating open and flexible CRM systems that go above and beyond simply capturing
customer information was our goal," commented Matthew Achak, EVP of Sales and Marketing, "We wanted to build an application that was not only open and web based, but secure
enough for the most trusted system requirements. In addition, we were focused on
providing our clients with industry leading flexibility with respect to customization
and modification of not only the data we can capture concerning their
clients, but
the information we can report back to them as well. We wanted more than a tool.
We wanted a system that would allow us to impact their business, drive down costs
and increase revenues."
The APOLLO system allows ComSpan's clients the ability to capture any and all caller
information, and report that data back in the blink of an eye. With a flexible,
web based front end, the APOLLO system marries the best of secure databases to open
CRM system infrastructure. APOLLO's flexibility allows for hourly and weekly customization,
which results in much more efficient and timely reporting of customer data."
